Shipping policy
Processing time is not including in the shipping time that you see at checkout. Processing time is the time that it takes to create and package your order. High order volume can increase processing times.
Ready to ship orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders will have custom processing times based on order quantity and type of product. You will receive an updated processing time after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Postal service problems that are outside of our control may increase shipping time. Issues such as a global pandemic or holidays may cause a delay in your order. We will try our best to decrease processing times in this event but are not responsible for the package once it has been dropped off at the post office.

International Shipping Policy
Above The Baar, LLC ships to Canada, the U.S. and its territories. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duty, handling fees, taxes, customs clearing charges and any other applicable fees required by your country. These fees are not collected beforehand and we are unable to give an estimate due to the fact that these fees can vary widely. We do suggest that you do your research before ordering so that you are prepared for any additional fees.

International Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to pay the shipping cost in full. Above The Baar, LLC does not offer any discounts to offset the high cost of international shipping. Please be prepared to pay your shipping cost in full upon checkout.
Free Shipping Over $75
All domestic orders over $75 USD will ship for free. The order has to total to $75 or more BEFORE shipping is factored in to qualify. Orders $74.99 & under do not qualify for free shipping. There is a $15 shipping limit. Meaning that if the total cost to ship the order is over $15 USD then the customer will be responsible for the shipment. All orders with free shipping will be shipped via USPS standard shipping depending on shipment size and weight. We do not cover the cost of overnight or express shipping or similar shipping options. Please not that if you need your order sooner, we suggest you choose a quicker shipping option at checkout but you will be responsible for all express shipping options.
Lost, Stolen Or Damaged Packages
Above The Baar, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We do offer Route Shipping Insurance during checkout to cover any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
All issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date.
Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:
- Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Lost (domestic): Between 7* and 30 days from the last tracking update
- Lost (international): Between 20* and 30 days from the last tracking update
- Stolen: Between 5* and 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

In the event that you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, please contact us for a resolution. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items but we will try our best to come to a resolution.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you opted for Route Package Protection at checkout, you will have the option to also track your package through the Route app.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at abovethebaar@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please remember that processing and shipping times will increase during high volume seasons such as holidays. Allow up to 4 weeks to receive your package during the holidays as USPS can be overwhelmed in high shipping times.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to Covid-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have a question or concern regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at abovethebaar@gmail.com. Please view our full return policy on our return policy page. All custom items are final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at abovethebaar@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you opted for Route Package Protection at checkout, please go through the Route app to request a replacement item.
