If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

Damages and issues
We offer package protection through Route for a small fee to the consumer. This option is available at checkout and is preselected for you. However, you do have the option to opt out of Route Protection Services. Route allows you to track your packages and insures your package in case of lost, stolen or damaged items. If you opt out of this service, your items will not be protected and you will be ineligible for a replacement item. If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your name and order number and picture of the wrong item and we will work to correct our mistake as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
At this time we do not accept any exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to make it right. If your item is lost, stolen, damaged or you receive the wrong item please refer to our damage and returns policies above.
