All available sizes, colors and styles are listed on the site. Currently sizes range from S-XL and there are four colors available: chocolate, french vanilla, black and tan. There is currently one style available for the hoodies.

Above The Baar satin lined hoodies released February 18, 2021 meaning that we are just getting started. More sizes, colors and styles will become available in the future. If you have a suggestion for a style or color feel free to fill out the contact form and your suggestion will be considered for a future release. At this time, Above The Baar is not accepting customer orders on any satin lined headwear unless clearly stated in the product listing.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, this usually means you did not include an email address or you provided the wrong email address at checkout. Please feel free to contact us at abovethebaar@gmail.com to resolve this issue. If your order requires additional details from you, then we do require you to send that information within 48 hours. If that information is not sent within 48 hours, your order is at risk of being cancelled.

Orders can be cancelled for a variety of reasons:

Limited Quantities Available - If your order includes a quantity of an item that we do not have in stock, then your order may be cancelled due to insufficient limits on available quantities.

The Item Is Out Of Stock - If the item is out of stock, you will have the option to be refunded or receive store credit when that item becomes available.

Additional Information Required by Credit Card Fraud Protection - If your payment method has been flagged by the credit card fraud protection software, you may need to provide additional information in order for your order to be processed. If your payment method cannot be authenticated, your order will be cancelled.

Additional Information Needed to Complete A Custom/Handmade Item - If your order requires additional details from you, then I do require you to send that information within 48 hours. If that information is not sent within 48 hours, your order is at risk of being cancelled. After 1 week, if I have not received a response then the order will be cancelled.

Processing time on any order that DOES NOT include a custom item will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST. If your order includes any handmade or custom item(s), processing times can be extended depending on the custom/handmade item(s). All items in your order will be shipped together unless we've discussed otherwise. In the event that you request your items to be shipped separately, you will be held responsible for shipping costs of each shipment.

All orders take at least 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped (custom orders may have extended processing times). Please make sure that you include the correct contact information at checkout to receive confirmation and tracking details. If you still have not received your tracking number after the processing time has passed, please feel reach to reach out via email or the contact form below.

Processing Time is the amount of time it takes for Above The Baar to receive and pack your order. This is in addition to the shipping time. Each order is packed and shipped in the order it is received. In times of high order volume, processing times can be extended. In the event that your processing time is extended, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Time is the amount of time it takes the post office to deliver your item to you. If you choose overnight shipping, for example, your package can take up to 4 days to be delivered to you due to the 2-3 day processing time. Once your package is delivered to the post office, Above The Baar is no longer responsible for the package.

In the event that your item is lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim with Route Protection for a fast and easy replacement. If you did not purchase the additional insurance at checkout, please feel free to contact us via email.

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
